It’s the dirt on your boots from the days hike. The lens cap you can never find. The fire you built with your hands, which doubles as the evenings entertainment… sitting there and watching the shadows bounce around as they illuminate the solitude of the mountain. It’s cooking anything in can form. And sleeping in a place you’ve never been, only to wake up to a view you’ve never seen… it’s the nature of the unplanned adventure, but an adventure in nature nonetheless…

One of my favorite places around Los Angeles… it’s like a bunch of mini exploratory adventures rolled into one park.

My feelings on Coachella can be summarized in this text I sent to the group on day 3:

Life lately… it’s been pretty wonderful. 9.3/10. Would recommend.
